The Healthy Impact Society is a monthly giving program for people that are committed to improving population health for all in St. Louis.

For as little as $10.50 per month, Society Members can provide our faith community nurses with the tools they need to administer important health screenings, tests, education and other supportive services to low-income adults, seniors and families.
