Deaconess Faith Community Nurse Ministries (ORGANIZATION) is committed to protecting the privacy of its members, volunteers, staff and donors. Except as provided below with appropriate permissions, we do not sell, rent, lend, trade or otherwise furnish our constituents’  names, addresses, phone numbers or other personal information to individuals, organizations or entities outside of the ORGANIZATION. All personal information we receive from and about members, volunteers, staff and donors is strictly confidential. Organizational files are protected and are used for the sole purpose of administering information as it relates to the ORGANIZATION.

Publication of Images and Stories

From time to time, ORGANIZATION may publish photographs, video, names and/or select story-related information of and about members in its printed and digital newsletters, educational materials, in its annual report to the community, on its website, on digital social media sites such as Facebook and YouTube, and/or in connection with media requests and news releases to further the cause of ORGANIZATION. This information is published and provided with the prior permission of the subjects or their parents, as applicable.

Publication of Donor Names

The ORGANIZATION anticipates that it will recognize donors on its website, event signage and materials, and in an annual report to the community. Donors who wish not to be named in online and/or print publications are given the opportunity to opt out, or to be listed as “anonymous.”

Privacy Policy for Web Users

There is no need to register or log in to the general ORGANIZATION website. Individuals are permitted to browse freely without submitting personal information.

We collect no personal information when you visit our website unless you voluntarily submit information: (1) to become a member or renew your membership (2) in response to a survey, (3) to register for our newsletter, (4) to register for an event (5) to receive information regarding our programs and services, (6) to request additional information.

At this time, using the ORGANIZATION website carries the same general risks as using any other http:// site on the Internet. Please note that The ORGANIZATION may use mailing addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and other information received through these channels to add to and update its mailing lists and organizational files. All information received is treated as confidential. Organizational files are protected and are used for the sole purpose of administering constituent information as it relates to the work of the ORGANIZATION.
