Paul Black is a retired attorney, having practiced in Wisconsin and Missouri. He has his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He lives in St Louis with his wife, Rev. Martha Black, who is a retired UCC minister. Paul has served on the Good Samaritan Home Inc board. Currently he is Director and Treasurer of the United Church Camps in Wisconsin. While in Wisconsin, Paul was active in Shawano Chamber of Commerce and Shawano Community Foundation.
